Ed Big Daddy Roth's Road Agent and cameo by Rotar

Also Found this video of  Ed Roth's Road Agent and the Rotar. The Rotar is a very rare one due to Ed was showing it off at a car show and one of the propellers came flying off and nearly killed a spectator. He then pulled it apart and never touched it again. It is great to see it restored. The video is taken just before the restoration was done, great to see a Roth car drive!! Cool video I would love to build a car like these one day! Maybe one day!!!!

Ed Roth's Mega Cycle !!!!!

Here is a video of he restoration of Ed Roth's Mega Cycle. It is one of my favourite of Ed's cars and I love the Pre Unit Triumph custom on the back of the rig. Originally he want to use a Harley for the bike and he put it up there and it was just too big and bulky that it didn't look right so he opted for the Triumph. I love Hot Rods and British motorcycles so this creation has the best of both my worlds. Over the years the bike changes colour and so did the car but it has now been restored back to how Ed did it. I hope you enjoy the video and I will post more of Ed's cars soon.
Cheers

Street Machine Hot Rod

Here is another sneaky photo from the Street Machine Hot Rod shoot. Photos were taken by Thomas Wielecki he did an amazing job and I can't believe how good the paint looks under the flash. If you check out he driving shots in the tunnel Thomas was actually leaning out the drivers window driving the car and taking photos at the same time. It was an awesome experience thanks again Thomas and Simon Telford. Cheers Lukefink

Gonna give the old girl a oil change to and a new battery she won't know what's happened to her. Maybe she is giving me a hard time for neglecting her! Anyway hope to be running in a couple hours!

Going for a ride on the Scoot !

While I was building the Hot Rod I seriously neglected my little motor cycle. I hardly rode it or started it and I was just hell bent to finish the car. Last month I had a opportunity to do something ( cannot tell you yet!!!) with the Rod and the bike. I was driving the car and my mate Ben "Livo" Livingston was riding the bike. For the whole 4 hours or so I was following him riding the bike and I kept looking at it and it was then that I fell back in love with her. I did neglect her but since then have given her some love. New paint on the pipes, gave her a oil change, new plugs and cleaned the carbies out and drained the tank and gave her some fresh juice. I am heading down south tonight for Livo's birthday bash, Happy Birthday mate and thanks for the other night too and I am looking forward to giving the old girl a good thrashing. Its great to be back on it again and I plan to ride it alot more. Hope you all have a fun weekend. Photos are from Rat day a few years ago and little Ruby sorting out the gear shift for me.

Flat Tracker

The bike in these photos is a exact copy of a bike that Don Castro ran on the AMA circuit back in the late seventies I believe ( please correct me if I am wrong). Triumph 750 Twin with a spool front wheel and a massive disc on the rear. I love the fibreglass body kit and the Velor seat so Rad! I had plans to to a street tracker version of this I had made a mould with some steel rod and took it to a pattern/slash mould maker over in Artarmon. He was going to make another mould so we could fibre glass it. So to cut the story short and sweet I paid the guy some money up front he took my $700.00 cold hard cash bought some beer and did fuck all and the Fuck wit went out of business shut up shop and took my fuckin mould! At the time it happened I was all ready into the rod and I ended up selling the Trumpy to buy parts for the Rod. I hope one day I will get the urge to do it again. I still got all the measurements and the real tail loop that I cut and shut. One day maybe after various other projects!!!

Hey All,

Sorry for not posting anything for a while but I kinda got busy with work and the blog got left behind. I have been working on the Rod and bike lately enjoying the fruits of my labour with driving and riding alot. After the RATFNK build it consumed me so much that when it was finished I was like need a break and enjoy what I have just finished. So the last year I have been enjoying the car taking the girls out in it been to a heaps of shows and drag race days and just enjoying having it. I worked on my mate Squizzy's car he other week on a Get Shit Done Day with Benny and myself and it has got me fired up to start the truck build. I just needed a kick up the date to get me going again. I will also finish the story of my build soon too. For those who have been looking at the page thanks for checking me out. I will start posting more regularly and I will also post pictures of up and coming projects and other cool shit. Hey Pablo a little Hemi action for ya and by the way Vote 99!!!!!

Cheers
